I think it's kind of a crapshoot, unfortunately; I spotted this month's Carnival in a discord server (the "purple OSR server"), and this month it's being hosted by someone using Bear blog that doesn't seem to have commenting ability so there's no links in their comments. >.>;;
A websearch for "RPG Blog Carnival" might serve some up, or I could go check in the server for other people's posts?
